I believe real change is possible and often easier than we think, once we understand what truly drives us.


Most of what we do happens on autopilot: shaped by habits, emotional patterns, and beliefs we’ve picked up over time.

The problem isn’t that people don’t try hard enough.
It’s that they haven’t learned how to work with themselves.

That’s where coaching comes in.

With the right tools, structure, and support, change becomes not just possible but sustainable.

And most importantly:
It opens the door to becoming the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of yourself, in a way that fits real life.

From Corporate Leadership To Coaching

I studied International Business & Economics and started my career in sales at a global retail leader. I was responsible for eight stores and over 100 employees.

What I learned in that role shaped everything that followed:
Success isn’t just about knowledge or plans, it’s about how we think, how we respond under pressure, and the habits we rely on when things get hard.

Over the next ten years, I held leadership roles in international companies, working closely with teams and individuals. Again and again, I saw the same thing:
Most behaviour doesn’t come from logic; it comes from what we’ve repeated over time, our routines, our self-talk, our emotional patterns, all running in the background, shaping results.

I realised: if we don’t work with those systems, real change won’t stick.

That’s what led me deeper into behaviour, psychology, and coaching.

I completed several leadership and communication training sessions, but I wanted more than just performance tools. I wanted to understand how people change.

That's when I trained in Strategic Intervention Coaching (by Robbins & Madanes). It’s a practical mix of psychology, behaviour change, and emotional tools.

To go deeper, I also studied with Precision Nutrition:

– Level 1 Coaching (nutrition & habits)
– Sleep, Stress & Recovery
– Change Psychology

Now I help people shift not just habits, but mindset, identity, and nervous system stress.

In 2025, I decided to dedicate myself to this work entirely.

My coaching is structured, psychology-based, and focused on practical change.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, performance pressure, or motivational hype.
Instead, I help you understand your patterns, shift what no longer serves you, and establish systems that support you long-term.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, whether it’s working through stuck habits, clarifying goals, or creating structure around nutrition, stress, mindset, or emotional regulation.

From there, we work together to establish clarity, structure, and habits that align with who you are and how you live.
